What's Inside The Transfer Cart — Component Spec Sheet.

Four core component groups define the transfer cart: dual BLDC drive motors with brake gearbox, 48V lithium battery pack (ternary NCM or LFP), imported high-hardness polyurethane drive wheels with Luo-Meng titanium gear set, and Microzone C6/C7 industrial 6-channel wireless remote. Below is the spec sheet for each — used across all seven payload classes from STC-10 to STC-60.

① Drive Motor + Gearbox (×2)

Two BLDC servo motors per carrier, sized to payload class:

  • 10T: 2 × 500W BLDC + 104-flange brake gearbox
  • 20T: 2 × 750W BLDC + 104-flange brake gearbox
  • 25T: 2 × 1000W BLDC + 104-flange brake gearbox
  • 30T: 2 × 1000W BLDC + 120-flange custom brake gearbox
  • 40T: 2 × 1500W BLDC + 120-flange brake gearbox
  • 50T: 2 × 2000W BLDC + 120-flange brake gearbox
  • 60T: 2 × 3000W BLDC + 120-flange brake gearbox

Each motor includes built-in mechanical brake; gearbox is a heavy-load flange type matched to the motor flange (104 mm or 120 mm). Brake holds the load when the carrier is stationary on a slope or de-energised — no separate hold mechanism needed.

② 48V Lithium Battery Pack

Customer chooses between two battery chemistries:

  • Ternary lithium (NCM): Higher energy density, more compact, slightly higher cost. Better for size-constrained applications.
  • Lithium iron phosphate (LFP): Longer cycle life (3000+ cycles), thermal-safer, better for high-temperature foundry / steel mill environments. Cost-equivalent or lower.

10–30T: 48V 60Ah pack. 40–60T: 48V 120Ah pack (double capacity for higher continuous current draw).

Working current: 60A (10–30T) / 150A (40–60T). Charging current: 54.6A standard. Continuous runtime: 3 hours typical, varies with duty cycle and slope.

Battery enclosure: stainless steel housing, IP54 standard with IP65 upgrade option for outdoor / washdown.

③ Drive Wheels + Gear Set

Four drive wheels per carrier, sized to payload class:

  • 10–40T models: 4× 135×90 mm imported high-hardness polyurethane drive wheels
  • 50–60T models: 4× 145×120 mm imported high-hardness polyurethane drive wheels (wider tread for higher point load distribution)

Wheel material: imported high-hardness PU compound (Shore 95A+), bonded to hardened steel hub. Wear-part — replaceable when treads wear past 5mm. Gear: Luo-Meng titanium high-strength gear (3-mode variant on heavier classes) — extreme-load tooth profile, surface-hardened for >20,000-hour service life under industrial duty.

Chassis steel plate: 12mm (10–40T) or 14mm (50–60T) hot-rolled steel, full-penetration welded frame.

④ Microzone C6/C7 Industrial Remote

Standard wireless remote on all models — 6-channel industrial RC, designed for material handling and AGV/AMR applications.

  • Channels: 6 (channel 5 + channel 6 for accessory functions)
  • Joysticks: Dual (left throttle + right throttle), with throttle micro-adjustment trims
  • Switches: D/R (dual rate), Mode switch, Power switch
  • Trims: Throttle (left/right hand), Elevator, Rudder, Aileron
  • Indicators: Power LED, Pattern LED, status display
