A 25 ton steel coil does not fit on a forklift. Even when it does, the operator licensing, counterweight footprint, aisle width and insurance reality push plants toward a low-profile electric carrier. The carrier slides under, lifts the load on a turret, and moves on its own batteries — no forklift, no driver cab, no counterweight tail.
All seven models feature: dual BLDC servo drive (two motors with brake gearbox), 48V lithium battery (ternary lithium NCM or lithium-iron-phosphate LFP, customer choice), 54.6A charging current, imported high-hardness polyurethane drive wheels, Luo-Meng titanium high-strength gear, Microzone C6/C7 industrial 6-channel wireless remote (or wired industrial remote), dual driver electronic controller. Options: IP-rated cabinet for outdoor / hot environment, magnetic / QR navigation upgrade, OEM brand-labeled build. 1-year warranty (drive wheels are wear parts, replaceable). Four core component groups define the transfer cart: dual BLDC drive motors with brake gearbox, 48V lithium battery pack (ternary NCM or LFP), imported high-hardness polyurethane drive wheels with Luo-Meng titanium gear set, and Microzone C6/C7 industrial 6-channel wireless remote. ① Drive Motor + Gearbox (×2)
Two BLDC servo motors per carrier, sized to payload class:
Each motor includes built-in mechanical brake; gearbox is a heavy-load flange type matched to the motor flange (104 mm or 120 mm). Brake holds the load when the carrier is stationary on a slope or de-energised — no separate hold mechanism needed.
② 48V Lithium Battery Pack
Customer chooses between two battery chemistries:
Ternary lithium (NCM): Higher energy density, more compact, slightly higher cost. Better for size-constrained applications.
Lithium iron phosphate (LFP): Longer cycle life (3000+ cycles), thermal-safer, better for high-temperature foundry / steel mill environments. Cost-equivalent or lower.
10–30T: 48V 60Ah pack. 40–60T: 48V 120Ah pack (double capacity for higher continuous current draw).
Working current: 60A (10–30T) / 150A (40–60T). Charging current: 54.6A standard. Continuous runtime: 3 hours typical, varies with duty cycle and slope.
Battery enclosure: stainless steel housing, IP54 standard with IP65 upgrade option for outdoor / washdown.
③ Drive Wheels + Gear Set
Four drive wheels per carrier, sized to payload class:
10–40T models: 4× 135×90 mm imported high-hardness polyurethane drive wheels
50–60T models: 4× 145×120 mm imported high-hardness polyurethane drive wheels (wider tread for higher point load distribution)
Wheel material: imported high-hardness PU compound (Shore 95A+), bonded to hardened steel hub. Wear-part — replaceable when treads wear past 5mm. Gear: Luo-Meng titanium high-strength gear (3-mode variant on heavier classes) — extreme-load tooth profile, surface-hardened for >20,000-hour service life under industrial duty.
Indicators: Power LED, Pattern LED, status display
Antenna: Built-in, 2.4GHz industrial radio link
Pairing: Pre-paired at factory with the dual driver controller; spare remote pairing supported on-site
Wired industrial pendant remote available as alternative for environments where wireless is restricted (e.g., some shipyard areas with radio interference). Both options route signals into the same dual driver electronic controller.

We build the BLDC drive motor and matched controller in-house — that is what closes the OEM loop on torque, speed control and after-sales response. When a buyer in Türkiye, Mexico or Poland needs a custom voltage, gear ratio, mounting shaft or controller protocol, we change it at the factory, not via a third-party motor supplier.
